Membership brings benefits for you
Collaborate with Wind Industry and Non-Profit Leaders
As a WOW member, you’ll become part of an organization that is highly respected for its diverse membership, dedicated and exceptionally skilled staff, credible body of work and success in navigating the challenges of bringing wind power to the market. Your membership provides numerous opportunities to collaborate with leading clean energy advocacy organizations and wind industry leaders, among others, to pave the way for a clean energy future.
Network with Influential Members on Strategy
One of the most valuable membership benefits is attendance at the WOW Quarterly Membership Meeting. At each meeting you’ll have the chance to engage, network and help set strategy with colleagues and thought-leaders from across the clean energy advocacy and wind energy landscape. With robust discussions and idea sharing that are a direct result of our organization’s collaborative culture, these meetings provide insight and information to reinforce wind efforts at the local, regional and national levels.
Influence Policy Direction & Decisions
If you are interested in policy, regulatory and education/outreach matters, the WOW work groups provide ample opportunities to plug-in and participate. We offer work groups for each state as well as one for the Midcontinent Independent Transmission System Operator (MISO). Increase your knowledge and level of engagement by joining our various listservs, participating in WOW general updates, dialing in for topic-specific calls, and tracking other time-sensitive or highly important issues.

A monthly e-newsletter and a members-only website give you the most current information available on nine state markets.
