Wall Street Journal Editorial

An editorial from the Wall Street Journal (May 4, 2012) made several inaccurate claims about Minnesota’s Renewable Energy Standard (RES). In response, Commissioner Rothman submitted the following response this afternoon in the form of a letter to the editor.
